   Anyone delt with minors council KS? What has your experience been?

   Anyone had a evaluation by a psychologist in Auburn, and felt it was weighed by minors counsel’s “recommendation” vs black and white factual evidence?

     The only place in the state that dares to abuse the waivers as they do. It is so Federal not to mention a violation of the very law. Do not let them get away with it any more. You have to stand up now for your kids. Your Grand children, nephews, neices and any kid you know of that has a self centered person to deal with. We Can Do It. Thank You Emily

     The psychologist in Auburn whom I am aware performs evaluations is in my opinion ethically challenged. Can you get another psychologist to weigh in?

   To everyone who is or has been a victim of NCFCS,
   Even though I was able to get a change of venue, I am still going to do everything in my power to help change the system here in Nevada County.
   If I knew seven years ago what I know now, my girls would not have endured the abuse NCFCS allowed for the past seven years. I always felt like the bad guy everytime I went to court. Giving the judges and the mediators as well as minors counsel the upper hand in desicions based on my girls future. I did what ever they told me to do and then some. I thought that I would be getting closer to my girls when the reality was they were taking them away a little bit at a time. Until a year passes and It hits me that I havent seen my daughter in over a year.
   If this sounds familar and this is happenning to you, come forward please! The more people that start standing up for themselves and their children the more likely things will change.
